About Us: Embracing Lynchburg Hospitality at Jasper's Rest

G’day and welcome to Jasper’s Rest!  

We’re Michael and Mia, two proud Aussie Tennessee Squires and owners with a big love for the heart and soul of Tennessee, especially the little town of Lynchburg. Along with our two daughters, Jorja and Alyssa, we’ve built a special connection to this beautiful part of the world, where Lynchburg charm, Southern hospitality, and a slower pace of life make you feel right at home.  

What started as a love for traveling and discovering new places grew into something much more special. We fell in love with Tennessee’s rolling countryside, its rich history, friendly locals, and unmistakable Southern spirit. Lynchburg, with its small-town charm and legendary Jack Daniel’s heritage, quickly found a special place in our hearts.  

As Australians, we bring our own laid-back Aussie spirit to everything we do, with a little Southern influence thrown in for good measure. We love the idea of bringing people together, making memories, and creating a space where guests can relax, unwind and feel at home, whether they’re traveling from across the world or just down the road.  

That’s what Jasper’s Rest is all about.  

For our family, Jasper’s Rest is more than just a place to stay. It’s a reflection of our love for Tennessee, our passion for hospitality, and our desire to share a little piece of what makes this part of America so special. We want every guest to experience the warmth, character, and charm that first made us fall in love with Lynchburg and the surrounding countryside.
